Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Rewards Program is open to all customers who register for an account and make a purchase on our website. There are no age restrictions for participation.

2. Enrollment

To join the Rewards Program, customers must create an account on our website. Once registered, customers are automatically enrolled and eligible to start earning points on purchases.

3. Earning Points

• Customers will earn 1 point for every £10 spent on eligible purchases.
• Points are awarded based on the total purchase amount after any discounts or promotions and excluding shipping and taxes.
• Points will be credited to the customer’s account upon the successful completion of the purchase.

4. Point Redemption

• Points can only be redeemed towards future purchases on our website.
• The points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
• A maximum of £200 worth of points can be applied to any single order.
• Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts during redemption.

5. Points Expiration

• Points do not expire as long as the customer’s account remains active. An account is considered active if a purchase is made at least once every 12 months.
• Inactive accounts may forfeit their points after 12 months of inactivity.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• If an order is returned or canceled, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s account.
• If points were used to pay for the purchase, they will be refunded back to the customer’s account.

7. Program Modification or Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of program termination, customers will have 30 days to redeem any remaining points.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected through the Rewards Program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

• The Rewards Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• By participating in the Rewards Program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
